WHAT WE DO
We have been catering at festivals since 2010. The Kaleidoscope Kitchen evolved from catering as sole caterers for Chilled in a Field Festival in 2011, filling the hungry bellies of approximately 300 festival goers and crew for three days. Now in our 9th year, we are regulars at six festivals throughout the season and can feed in excess of 700 people each day and have expanded to a range of different events in London, the South East of England and further afield. At the beginning of 2019 we also added a regular pitch at our local farmers market at Woolwich Arsenal in south east London.

HISTORY
Adam has always been passionate about food and in 2010 he was asked to take over the organisation of the kitchen at Chilled in a Field Festival. Since then Corinne, his life partner, joined him to organise the crew and ensuring the service side of things is running smoothly. Off the back of Chilled in a Field Festival we branched out on our own to bring you The Kaleidoscope Kitchen. We love to travel and in 2013/14 we took a 6 month sabbatical, making our way across India and South East Asia learning about food and collecting recipes along the way. In 2015 we worked for the crew catering team at Glastonbury Festival gaining valuable experience and feeding up to 1300 people three times per day during peak times. In 2016 Corinne made the jump and stopped working freelance in another industry and we both now focus full time on our catering businesses with bookings throughout the year.
OUR ETHOS
Our ethos is to source local and free range ingredients wherever possible, with an emphasis on animal welfare. The environment is important to us and we use recycled and compostable catering disposables. We have now stopped serving bottle water in plastic bottles and replaced it with compostable bottles or water in a can, which can also be resealed and re-used. Check the water supplier out at
In 2018 we started to work with Greenwich Co-operative Development Agency (GCDA) who support local communities to be healthy and sustainable. In conjunction with this we have subscribed to their Good Food in Greenwich charter showing our commitment to working towards healthier, more sustainable food.
